Jabir Builds (“we,” “us”) is a small studio run by Jabir Bhuiyan offering web design and development services. This policy describes how we handle information you share with us through this website at jabirbuilds.com.

We try to collect as little as possible. If something on this page is unclear, write to us and we'll explain.

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, subscribe to a newsletter, or email us, you share your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write.
• Information collected automatically. Standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, device type, and the pages you visit. This is the kind of information almost every website receives.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or government identifiers) through this site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your inquiries and discuss your project.
• Send transactional messages, such as a confirmation that we received your form submission.
• Maintain a record of contact requests so we can refer back to them later.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website (debugging, fraud prevention, basic analytics).
• Comply with legal obligations when required.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

The site uses a small number of cookies for essential functionality, for example to keep you signed in to the admin dashboard. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages get the most attention so we can improve the site. Where analytics are used, they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and avoid cross-site tracking.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the dashboard may stop working, but the public pages will still load normally.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the site, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Examples include:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Vercel).
• Database hosting providers (for example, a managed PostgreSQL service).
• Email delivery services for transactional replies.

These vendors are contractually obligated to handle your data only on our instructions. We will never sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate potential abuse of the service.

Data is processed and stored on servers managed by our infrastructure providers, which may be located outside your country. Where transfers across regions are involved, we rely on the safeguards offered by those vendors (such as standard contractual clauses).

We keep contact form submissions, project notes, and related correspondence for as long as needed to complete the project and a reasonable follow-up window after that. Inactive records are periodically reviewed and deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see “Your rights and choices”).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at jabir.build@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you have given us consent to use your information for a specific purpose, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

This site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age range. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or sent to subscribers if your information is affected.
